After hearing the learned Counsel for the appellant to some extent and perused the investigation papers. On perusal of the investigation papers, prima facie case is made out against the present appellant. In view of the bar under Section 18 of the Atrocities Act, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present appellant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 4.

Permission is granted.
