Perused the impugned award. Having considered the reasons given in the impugned award and the grounds of the appeal, I am of the view that this application can be conditionally allowed though it is opposed by Shri P.B.Patil, learned counsel for appellant - VIDC, and it is allowed accordingly. The claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court on his furnishing usual undertaking and the remaining 50% amount on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (J), within four weeks from the date of order.

The application stands disposed of.
