The appeal filed on behalf of the VIDC is already admitted by this Court. In that view of the matter, the civil application is allowed. Delay in lodging the cross objection is .....2/-

The cross objection was barred by limitation. The delay was about 1601 days. This Court today has allowed Civil Application No.1533/2018. In that view of the matter, it is made clear by consent of cross objector that he will not claim interest on the enhanced compensation if any for the delayed period. 5.
Put up the cross objection along with the first appeal. JUDGE !! BRW !!
