This Court, by order dated 21st July, 2011, granted interim stay on condition that the appellant shall deposit the entire amount as per the impugned award within ten weeks. Neither amount is deposited nor any application or affidavit is filed explaining non-compliance of the order. The Civil Application is dismissed. The adinterim order granted by this Court on 21st July, 2011 is vacated.
