The petitioner challenges validity given to respondent no.5 as Lohar Nomadic Tribe candidate. Having regard to the facts and contentions as noted in order passed today in earlier C.A.W. No. 598/15 in Writ Petition No. 4796/13, in view of the findings reached therein with consent, with same directions, we dispose of the present Writ Petition.
