The Miscellaneous Civil Application is for recall of a rejection order passed in the petition for non-removal of office objections.

There is a delay of 30 days in taking out the miscellaneous civil application. For the reasons stated, the delay is condoned and the miscellaneous civil application is allowed by setting aside the rejection order and restoring the writ petition to file. The Petitioner shall remove all office objections within a period of two weeks, failing which the petition shall stand rejected under the appropriate Rule, without reference to this Court. Civil application and miscellaneous civil application are disposed of accordingly.
