1.

Heard Shri Pravin Dahat, leaned counsel for petitioner.

2.

We find that petitioner has got a statutory remedy and petitioner can approach superiors of respondent No.3 in the matter with his grievance. 3.

We have also heard Shri D.P. Thakre, learned Additional Government Pleader as we prima facie see the impugned order passed by Village Officer contrary to settled law. However, as requested by learned A.G.P. we expedite proceedings in appeal filed by petitioner. If appeal is filed within seven days from today, the appellate authority shall decide it as per law within next six weeks.

4.

Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Tambaskar.
