The incident is of the year 1994. According to the applicant there is dispute about his identity as his name is Mohd. Abdul Shakil Abdul Razzaq and the person named in the first information report is Shakil Razzaq Musa. The complainant has expired. The applicant, after the interim bail was granted, was regularly attending the dates fixed in the matter. In these circumstances, no purpose would be served by denying anticipatory bail to the applicant. Hence, the order. The application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 11/8/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions.
