In this petition on 06.11.2020,this Court had passed following order:

"Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2. None appears on behalf of petitioner.

3. Mr.Deoras, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that although the petitioner did deposit amount of Rs.50,000/- in this Court in terms of order dated 13/08/2019, thereafter, the petitioner has not deposited or paid any amount towards maintenance to the respondent. According to the learned counsel for the respondent, the petitioner is in arrears of Rs.2,73,000/- towards maintenance, as on today.

4. In view of the above, list this writ petition for final disposal on 27th November, 2020. It is made clear that if there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition shall be dismissed.

5. Additionally, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the petitioner in this Court."

Even today, when the petition was called out for hearing, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. As noted in the order dated 06.11.2020, the petitioner is already in huge arrears towards payment of maintenance.
