Jambhule, learned Counsel for petitioner, upon instructions, restricts the relief to a direction to the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner forthwith, as according to him, after receipt of vigilance report, arguments have already been advanced and the matter was closed for decision, accepting which, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, by 30.04.2024.

The interim order, as contained in paragraph No.4, of the order dated 17.08.2023 passed by this Court, shall continue, till 06.05.2024. The writ petition is disposed of in above terms. No order as to costs.
