2] The applicant is seeking bail in Crime292/2018 registered with the Police Station Chimur, Tahsil Chimur, District Chandrapur for offence punishable under sections 307, 353, 341, 186 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3] The accusation is that the applicant, against whom several prosecutions have been instituted, some of which are pending, was enraged since the Revenue Officers seized his Tractor which was transporting sand illegally. 4] The accusation is that the applicant attempted to set afire the Driver of the Tractor by boarding the Tractor and pouring kerosene on the Driver and the Tractor from a

Perusal of the case diary and the statement recorded so far make out a strong prima facie case connecting the applicant with the crime. 5] The investigation is on going. In the teeth of the accusations and the material on record, at least at this stage, the accused is not entitled to bail.
