2] By this application, the applicant seeks permission to participate in the proceedings of the petition as intervenor or as the respondent, on the ground that he is heading the School Committee, being the Secretary of the public trust. We have considered the stand of the respondent No.4 - Management and the respondent No.5 - Headmaster of the school relying on the resolution passed by the School Committee. As per Schedule 'A' Clause 2(c) of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules 1981, the Headmaster of the school is the ex-officio Secretary of the School Committee. There is nothing on record to show that there is conflict in the interests of the present

At this stage, we see no reason to allow the application. Civil application is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Tambaskar.
