The applicant/ respondent No.1 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant, for which learned counsel for the appellant has objected. 3.
However, considering the reasons disclosed in the application and having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find substance in the objection raised by learned counsel for appellant. Hence, the application is partly allowed.

The applicant is entitled to withdraw 75% amount along with interest accrued thereon, on his furnishing a usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registry.

Registrar (J) is directed to transmit 75% amount along with interest accrued thereon in the bank account of applicant No.1, Ambadas, on his furnishing the usual undertaking and bank account details to the Registry.
