DATED : NOVEMBER 26, 2019 For the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing restoration application stands condoned. Civil application is allowed and disposed of. MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.15616 OF 2019.

Prayer is to restore the writ petition as its registration is refused for non removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the application, the order refusing registration is revoked. However, the applicant to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within a period of four weeks from today. Similarly, objections, if any, to be removed within a period of four weeks.

If aforesaid directions are not complied, earlier order refusing registration shall revive.
