After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Considering the fact that within two years of marriage the deceased was found dead in a suspicious circumstances in the matrimonial house. The statements of the eye witnesses shows the prima facie case against the present applicant.

The leaned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same.
