DATED : AUGUST 22, 2016 By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the respondents to implement the order of the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Department dated 5/6/2015 and reinstate the petitioner in service.

On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, we find that the order dated 5/6/2015 is challenged by the concerned respondents in a writ petition and in the said writ petition, the order is stayed. In view of the aforesaid, the cause of filing the writ petition would not survive. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
