The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent nos.1 and 2 submit that the present writ petition is connected with the Writ Petition Nos.3706/2018, 3707/2018, 3708/2018, 3709/2018, 3710/2018, 3711/2018, 3712/2018, 3713/2018 and 3714/2018. 2.

It is further pointed out that Writ Petition No.3706/2018 and other connected writ petitions were disposed of by this Court vide judgment dated 30th July, 2019 by not interfering with the impugned order and by clarifying that the observations made in the said order are only for deciding the challenge to the impugned order and by directing that the proceedings shall be adjudicated on its own merits in accordance with law.

As the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader have stated that the present writ petition is connected with the above referred writ petitions, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 30th July, 2019 passed in Writ Petition Nos.3706/2018 and other connected Writ Petitions.
