The grievance of the petitioner is that he was transferred from Panchayat Samiti, Bhatkuli to Panchayat Samiti, Dharani. He has preferred an application to respondent No.3 raising a grievance that since his wife is serving as a teacher at Mahuli Jahangir, Amravati, he should not be transferred to panchayat Samiti Dharani. 03.

We direct respondent No.3 to decide representation dated 23/04/2025 in the light of the policy of the Government in respect of couple convenience, on its own merits, within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the authority on 28th July, 2025. Further, respondent No.3 is directed to communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 04.

With the above directions, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
