DATE : 15.10.2018 Impugned order of Scrutiny Committee dated 26th June, 2018 is already set aside by this Court while examining challenge thereto by Ku. Rashmi in Writ Petition No. 4752/2018. The present petitioner is cousin of Rashmi and the order is common.

This common order forms subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition No.7560/2018, which has been allowed at Bombay on 26th July, 2018.

In this situation, for the reasons recorded in order mentioned (supra), we direct Scrutiny Committee to grant validity to petitioner Neha, as "Mana" Scheduled Tribe.

Rule made absolute accordingly. No costs.
