The Education Officer in its reply at Page 92 in para 6 has quoted thus: "It is specifically submitted that, State Government in view of change in policy, has suspended the Government Resolution dated 28.06.2016 w.e.f. 08.06.2020 under which the impugned approvals were issued vide GR dated 01.04.2021. It is specifically mentioned in the Government Resolution dated 01.04.2021 (Page No.84) that, the Government Resolution dated 28.06.2016 stood cancelled with immediate effect. Therefore, the answering respondent will consider the petitioners' case in view of the Government Resolution dated 01.04.021". 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is not pressed. 4.
