DATE : 26/11/2021 Mr. Kalwage learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 makes a statement that the learned District Judge has rejected the application for condonation of delay by his order dated 19.11.2021, as a result of which the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Mr. Dipwani does not dispute this proposition and request that the interim stay which was granted by this court by order dated 9.11.2021 be continued for a period of ten days. However, since Mr. Kalwage makes a statement that the execution proceeding are now fixed on 13.12.2021, there is no question of continuing the interim order as the period between today till 13.12.2021 will be sufficient for the petitioner to take appropriate steps as permissible in law.
