The first appeal is already dismissed in default on 12/04/2017. Nothing is on record to show that the appellant has preferred an appeal for restoration. 4.

Appellant has already deposited an amount of Rs. 7,19,468/-, out of which the amount of Rs. 5,75,574/- is already withdrawn by the respondent No.1 to 6. 5.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, respondent Nos. 1 to 6 are permitted to withdraw the balance amount along with accrued interest on due identification and verification. Civil application disposed of.
