DATE : July 18, 2022 The petitioner seeks to challenge an order dated 06/06/2003 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal Munbai Bench at Nagpur upholding the disciplinary action taken against him during the course of service. Except for stating that the petitioner could not approach this Court earlier on account of ill health, there is no further explanation. Considering the fact that the impugned order has been passed prior to almost twenty years of filing of writ petition, we are not inclined to entertain the same.

The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed for delay and laches.
