Considering the fact that the petitioner is a student aspiring to pursue higher education, we deem it fit to direct the respondent to expedite the scrutiny of the tribe claim of the petitioner by allowing this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is allowed. Respondent is directed to expeditiously decide the tribe claim of the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably, within six months from the date of receipt of the order.
