DATED : NOVEMBER 28, 2018 This is an appeal filed by the appellant against judgment and order of acquittal dated 07.04.2018 passed by learned 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur, whereby the Court below acquitted the respondent of the offence punishable under Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Dhengale, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has instructions from the appellant to withdraw the present appeal.

The statement is accepted.

In view of above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
