We find that the Doctors have only expressed the possibility of operation because of formation of a cyst on left ovary. For that, further tests are necessary. In this situation, with liberty to the petitioner to approach again if surgical intervention becomes essential and date of surgery is scheduled, we dispose of the Criminal Writ Petition.
