DATED : 23/08/2022 The present application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant No.1 so also legal representatives of deceased son of appellant no.1, on record.

The application is supported by the affidavit. The son of appellant No.1 i.e. Pandurang Trimbak Ambhore has also expired. The legal representatives of Laxmibai Trimbak Ambhore-present appellant No.1 and legal representatives of deceased Pandurang Ambhore- need to be brought on record. The deceased Pandurang Trimbak Ambhore is one of the legal representative of deceased Laxmibai. As Pandurang is expired, his legal representatives needs to be brought on record as right to sue survives. The death certificates of appellant No.1 and applicant No.3 are filed along with the application on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and appellants are permitted to bring on record legal representatives of appellant No.1 as well as legal representatives of deceased Pandurang. 4.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
