On perusal of the record, it appears that on 21/06/2018, the appeal was admitted and the appellant was directed to file a paper-book within six months from that date. However, the appellant failed to file a paper-book within the stipulated period, and subsequently, by order dated 13/12/2019, six months' time was granted to file a paper-book. Despite said order, the appellant failed to file a paper-book in the Court till this date.

Having considered the same, by way of last chance, the appellant is directed to file a paper-book in the Court within a period of four weeks, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court as the matter is of 2018.

If the paper-book is filed within four weeks, list the matter on 12/09/2025.
