WRIT PETITION NO. 4877/2023 3] The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to take fresh steps to serve the unserved respondents.

4] Permission is granted. Effective steps be taken within seven working days from today failing which the petitioners shall pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to respondent no.1.

5] In addition to usual mode of service, the petitioners are permitted to serve the un-served respondents through the Counsel appearing before the trial Court. Affidavit of service be filed accordingly.

6] List in the week commencing from 7/10/2024.

7] Interim relief to continue till next date." Registry's remark indicates that the petitioners have not taken effective steps as directed nor have they paid costs of Rs.5,000/- to respondent No.1.

Having not complied the order, the petition stands dismissed as against the unserved respondents. List in the week commencing from 11.11.2024." None appears for the petitioners today. It appears from the record that respondent No. 11 has expired. The petitioners were directed to take appropriate steps within one week vide order dated 20.08.2024. Steps have been not taken till today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed as not prosecuted.
