While passing over the matter, it was stated before this Court that learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 was busy in another Court. Now at 01:20 p.m. the matter was again called out and same request for passing over the matter has been made on the ground that the learned counsel is busy in another court. On the last occasion also, a request had been made on behalf of respondent no.4 to grant further time and it was granted. Today, this matter can be kept at 02:30 p.m but it cannot be without any cost. The time till 02:30 p.m. is being granted subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- by respondent no.4, to be deposited in the Office of the Government Pleader, High Court, Nagpur for the purpose of development of the library, failing which this petition would be heard without any reply on behalf of respondent no.4. Pass over at 02:30 p.m. today.
