DATED : 28 th AUGUST, 2023 Heard learned Advocate for the respondent No.1 and learned Advocate for the appellants. Perused the application. This is an application for withdrawal of the 50% of the balance decretal amount deposited by the appellants.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw the balance amount with accrued interest subject to furnishing solvent surety. The amount be paid within a period of three weeks.

Eight weeks time is granted to file private paper book.
