DATE : OCTOBER 30 , 2017 .
Heard learned counsel for the respondent No.1/ claimant. The appeal has been dismissed in September, 2014. It has not been brought to the notice of this Court by anybody that the decision of this Court has not been challenged before the Hon'ble Apex Court. Nobody is present on behalf of the original appellant/insurance company, although duly served. In these circumstances, I am of the view that this application deserves to be allowed and it is allowed accordingly. The claimant is permitted to withdraw Rs.25,000/- together with interest, if any, deposited by the original appellant.
The civil application stands disposed of.
