Perusal of the impugned order would reveal that in all the pre-Constitutional era documents pertaining to the petitioner's father and grandfather, the caste is mentioned as 'Koli'. There is no pre-Constitutional document placed on record to show that the caste of the peititioner's forefathers is "Mahadeo Koli".

In that view of the matter, no error is found in the impugned order. The Writ Petition is rejected.
