I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. Though the non-applicants are served and Mr.Agrawal, Advocate has put in his appearance, however, since many dates none had appeared for the non-applicants.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has invited my attention to paragraph nos.5, 6, 8 and 9 of the Criminal Application.
