At the time of hearing, the learned Advocate for the non-applicant No.2 pointed out the order passed by this Court in Criminal Application(ABA) No. 602 of 2018 on 29th August 2018, observing that the applicant had deposited an amount of Rupees Thirty Thousand with the Investigating Officer.

It is directed that the amount shall not be returned to the applicant till disposal of the prosecution and the disbursal of the amount shall be as per the orders which may be passed by the learned Magistrate regarding it at the time of disposal of the prosecution.
