Mr. Parihar, learned Counsel for the acquiring body, upon instructions, makes a statement that the entire compensation as ordered by the Reference Court in L.A.C. No. 379 of 2002 decided on 10th July, 2014 will be deposited in this Court, within a period of four weeks from today.

The said statement is accepted as undertaking.

In view of above referred statement, delay

1422.17ca (2) caused in preferring the appeal, as noted is based on administrative grounds, same stands condoned. 3.

If the amount as undertaking is not deposited within stipulated time, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

If the amount is deposited within time, place the appeal for further consideration.

Civil Application stands allowed in above terms.
