By this application, the appellants in appeal have prayed that the amount receivable by the appellant No.1 and the appellant No.2 as per the judgment delivered by this Court on 3rd October, 2016 be given to the appellant No.1Society. The learned advocate for the appellant has pointed out that the request made for withdrawal of the amount by the appellant No.1 is supported by an affidavit of the appellant No.2-Pradeep G.Bansod. It is further submitted that same advocate represents the appellant No.1 as well as the appellant No.2.
In view of the fact that the appellant No.2Pradeep G. Bansod has filed affidavit in support of the prayer made in this application, the amount receivable by the appellants as per the judgment dated 3rd October, 2016, along with interest on it, if any, be given to the appellant No.1Society.
