Present Writ Petition can be disposed of by an order as under - (i) Respondent no.3 - Education Officer (Primary), has submitted a proposal to the State Government for taking action against respondent no.4 for illegally running respondent no.5 School at Waghapur, instead of Lohara. State Government has to find out

Order 1712wp4383.18 whether such action on the part of respondent nos. 4 and 5 is contrary to the policy of the government and order of recommendation or permission granted to respondent no.4.

(ii) The Government is, therefore required, to take decision on the said issue, on or before 28.02.2019, so that the further course to be adopted from the next academic session would become clear.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
