DATED : 11 th SEPTEMBER, 2015 This is an application for speaking to minutes. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGP for non-applicant no.1. None present for non-applicant no.2 inspite of service. Perused the order passed by this court on 18.06.2014 vide which on condoning delay, in the last para it is directed that Criminal Revision No. 31/2009 be restored on the file of learned Sessions Court at Yavatmal for its disposal according to law.

Learned counsel for applicant has, however, pointed out that along with application for condonation of delay though the criminal revision was filed, it was not registered and the No.31/2009 is that of application for condonation of delay.

In that view of the matter, it is clarified that Criminal Revision, if any, preferred by the applicant, be

appw130-15.odt registered and be disposed of according to law. Registry to carryout necessary correction in last but one line of order dated 18.6.2014. Application is thus allowed as above.
