For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 30 days is hereby condoned. CIVIL APPLICATION NO.2227/2018 This is an application filed by the applicant for setting aside abatement of appeal and bringing legal representatives of respondent no.1 on record. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent no.1 died on 22.3.2018. Hence, he prays for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.1 on record. The other side has no objection. The application is hereby allowed and the abatement is hereby set aside.
