Having regard to the fact that the appeal has been admitted for final hearing and also to the fact that both the applicants were on bail during the trial, this application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed and the substantive sentence of imprisonment is hereby suspended till final disposal of the appeal. Till that time the applicants be released on bail on each of them furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the condition that they shall attend this Court as and when required. JUDGE wwl
