Perused the charge-sheet filed against the co-accused. It is alleged in the application that he along with the co-accused assaulted the victim, therefore the First Information Report came to be filed against the applicant and co-accused under Sections 307, 325, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. No specific role is attributed to applicant. Hence he was ordered to be released on interim pre arrest bail with a condition to attend the Police Station on every Sunday till further orders. Accordingly, the applicant attended the Police Station. Therefore, no allegations against the applicant that he misused the liberty. It appears that he has co-operated with the Investigating Officer. The charge-sheet is already filed against the co-accused. Therefore, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. Hence, interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant on 02/11/2021 is hereby confirmed.
