Heard Mr.D.S.Lambat, learned Counsel (appointed) for the petitioner and Mrs.Shamsi Haider, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent nos. 1 to 3. The hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel for the respective parties agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper. 2.
The prayer of the petitioner in prayer clause (i) of the petition reads thus :
"(i) Direct the Respondents and Competent Authority to transfer the petitioner permanently from Central Jail, Nagpur to Yerwada Jail, Pune or Kolhapur. "

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has pointed out order dated 4.6.2018 passed by
2 510wp625.19 the Inspector General of Prison, East Division, Nagpur. As per this order, the prayer of petitioner for his transfer from Central Prison, Nagpur to Yerwada jail, Pune or Kolharpur was considered and he was transferred from Central Prison, Nagpur to Yerwada Jail, Pune.

Since the prayer made by the petitioner in the petition is already considered, this petition has now become infructuous. The petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

Fees of Mr.D.S.Lambat, learned Counsel (appointed) for the petitioner be paid as per the Rules.
