The learned Arbitrator, vide communication dated 29th September 2025, has requested extension of time for passing the arbitral award under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for a further period of six months.

Upon consideration of the request and the reasons stated therein, this Court is satisfied that sufficient cause exists for the delay in passing the award. Accordingly, the time for making the arbitral award is extended by a further period of six months from the expiry of the earlier prescribed period.

The parties are directed to extend full cooperation to the learned Arbitrator to enable expeditious conclusion of the arbitral proceedings.
