Heard.

On perusal of the statement of Mousmi Akhtar it appears that the entire blame cannot be put up on this applicant alone and it is doubtful if the girl involved in this case could be considered to be victim of trafficking. In any case, custodial interrogation of the applicant would not be required looking to the nature of the allegations made against him. Therefore, I am inclined to grant this application. The application is allowed and the ad-interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 11/8/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions.
