It is submitted that inspite of repealing of the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1999 the respondent Authorities are not correcting the revenue entries with respect to the agricultural land of the petitioner's father.

The writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Nagpur Urban, Nagpur to decide the representation of the petitioner within six weeks from today and communicate the order to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
