The appellant/applicant seeks permission to deposit the cheque of the compensation amount in the Registry within a week. Learned counsel for the applicant also submitted that he has received the cheque and will deposit the same by 18.07.2025. His statement is accepted. The application is allowed.

The applicant/appellant is permitted to deposit the cheque in the Registry by 18.07.2025, else the stay granted on 03.04.2025 shall stand vacated.
