This Application is opposed by Mr.M.K. Kulkarni, learned counsel for legal representatives of respondent. However, I find from the reasons furnished in the Application that a case is made out for restoration of Second Appeal. M.C.A. is therefore allowed in terms of its prayer clause (i). The Second Appeal is restored to its original position. Office objection/s, if any, to be removed within a period of six weeks.
