The appellant/applicant seeks permission to deposit the cheque of the compensation amount in the Registry within a week. Learned counsel for the applicant also submitted that he has received the cheque and will deposit the same by 18.07.2025. His statement is accepted. As such, the application is allowed. 3.

The applicant/appellant is permitted to deposit the cheque in the Registry by 18.07.2025, else the stay granted on 03.04.2025 shall stand vacated.
