Dr. R.S. Sundaram submits that this application was allowed on 20th July, 2018 itself and accordingly amendment was carried out. He makes a grievance that said order has not been uploaded. 2.

Record shows the amendment accordingly effected in petition and it's cancellation by whitener later on.

Respondents are not disputing the statement made by Advocate Sundaram.

In this situation, without going into any dispute, we allow Civil Application No.1678/2018. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week. JUDGE JUDGE Tambaskar.
